The dial of the RM 07-01 Racing Red uses a two-level construction. The outer ring combines grey and black carbon fiber to create a technical, motorsport-driven aesthetic. The inner ring features red jasper, a material chosen for its natural vibrancy and expressive grain. These components are separated by an 18K white gold frame that adds structure and refinement to the design. At the center, slim hands and teardrop-shaped hour markers create a clean and readable display.
CRMA2 Automatic Movement
Inside the Richard Mille RM 07-01 Racing Red is the CRMA2 self-winding movement. This skeletonized caliber uses grade 5 titanium for both its base plate and bridges, enhancing rigidity and stability. The surfaces are treated with black plasma and sandblasted for a technical finish. A rose gold rotor with variable geometry ensures efficient bidirectional winding, and the movement provides a power reserve of approximately 50 hours.
Limited Edition and Specifications
The watch is fitted with a red fabric strap that complements the case design and maximizes comfort during high-intensity activity. Production is limited to only 50 pieces, making it a rare showcase of Richard Mille’s motorsport collaboration. The 2025 FIA World Endurance Championship features seven races running from April to November. This season marks the Richard Mille team’s introduction into the LMP2 classification.
