To celebrate the 75th anniversary of the Seamaster collection, OMEGA has introduced a commemorative edition—the Seamaster Ultra Deep 6000M “Summer Blue”. The watch features a rich gradient blue dial evoking the depths of the ocean and is specially decorated with a relief map of the Challenger Deep in the Mariana Trench, paying tribute to the record-breaking dive achieved by the original Ultra Deep prototype.
Durable O-MEGASTEEL Case
The 45.5 mm case is crafted from OMEGA’s proprietary O-MEGASTEEL, a special stainless steel alloy produced using high-pressure electroslag remelting. This material offers 40% greater hardness than conventional stainless steel, as well as enhanced resistance to wear and corrosion, and a notably brighter luster.
Gradient Blue Dial with Hidden Challenger Deep Motif
The deep blue gradient dial perfectly complements the watch’s deep-sea theme. Under ultraviolet light, the dial reveals the Challenger Deep topographic map, along with the inscriptions “OMEGA WAS HERE” and “10,935 m”, commemorating the Ultra Deep’s 2019 world-record dive. The hour markers are coated in a new light-blue Super-LumiNova, emitting a striking blue glow in the dark.
OMEGA Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 8912
Powering the watch is the OMEGA Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 8912, an automatic movement with a 60-hour power reserve. The watch also features a Poseidon and seahorse medallion engraved on the caseback, symbolizing the Seamaster’s enduring legacy.
