Garrard Wings Embrace Aquamarine Tassel Earrings

This pair of earrings is part of the “Wings Embrace” collection launched by the British jeweler Garrard in 2018, celebrating the 15th anniversary of the brand’s iconic “Wings” series. Inspired by angel wings, the design reinterprets the theme through a spiral structure, combining diamond pavé and aquamarine tassels to convey the symbolic virtues of peace, purity, and protection. Both wings are crafted in white gold, set with over 200 round brilliant-cut diamonds that radiate dazzling brilliance. The spiral form of the wings mimics the natural curve of folded feathers, creating a three-dimensional texture that evokes delicate feather layers. The scroll motifs at the top draw inspiration from Victorian-era ornamental patterns, adding a touch of historic refinement. To enhance the lightness of the angelic motif, the designer incorporated tassel elements, using the folded wings as elegant tassel caps. Beneath them, aquamarine beads are linked to form flowing tassels that sway gently with movement, shimmering with a crystal-clear blue glow. The ear studs also feature scroll-shaped designs that echo the angel wings, while the portions hidden behind the ear are left unadorned and highly polished, ensuring both aesthetic harmony and comfortable wear.
