This colorful diamond ring by Swiss designer Suzanne Syz is a playful creation that uses 
white enamel as its base, set with brightly hued colored diamonds to depict a lively summer beach scene.
Suzanne Syz designed the ring with a rounded domed surface to evoke the gentle slope of the beach, while the matte texture of the white enamel mimics the fine grains of sand. As the piece features a single enamel color, the designer used the cold enamel technique, a process that does not require repeated high-temperature kiln firing.
At the center of the ring, colored diamonds of various cuts and shades are set to resemble sun umbrellas scattered across the beach, while the rose gold and diamond-set border traces the outer edge of the design—like sea waves gently lapping at the shore.
