The Patek Philippe 5524R-001 Calatrava Pilot Travel Time was introduced at Baselworld 2018. This rose gold edition maintains the dual-time layout and functions of the 2015 platinum model. Its 42 mm case paired with a brown-black gradient dial delivers a warm, understated look reminiscent of classic pilot watches from the 1920s and 1930s.
Dial and Readability
The design incorporates oversized Arabic numerals, prominent sword-shaped hands, and a large crown, ensuring exceptional readability. The dual-time function uses a skeletonized hand to indicate the second time zone, quickly adjustable via a push-button on the left side of the case.
