The HYT H3 Liquid Time Display is the most technically advanced wristwatch produced by HYT, featuring an innovative hydraulic timekeeping system combined with a three-dimensional hour display. Unlike its predecessors, the H1 and H2, the H3 has been completely redesigned for maximum visual and mechanical impact.
Hydraulic Hour Indication
Inside the fluid tube, two immiscible liquids — green and colorless — form a clear dividing line, serving as the hour hand. The cubic-column hour scale rotates 90 degrees every six hours, while the minutes are displayed via a retrograde gear system on the right side of the movement. The sapphire crystal allows an unobstructed view of this extraordinary mechanism.
Case and Movement
The 62 × 41 mm titanium and platinum case houses dual barrels providing up to 170 hours of power reserve. Through the caseback, the HYT manual-winding movement with 53 jewels is fully visible. Each watch is produced in limited numbers — only 350 per year — and developing a new fluid color takes seven months. The hydraulic bellows are sourced from NASA-certified suppliers.
