Kelly bag’s design language — featuring its signature rotating clasp and a bracelet body inspired by the texture of crocodile leather, polished to evoke the tactile sheen of fine Hermès handbags.
The clasp is meticulously pavé-set with diamonds in a honeycomb-like pattern, while each of its four corners retains the
characteristic rivet details of the Kelly lock.
The bracelet itself is crafted using the refined Milanese mesh technique, composed of hexagonal links that contour perfectly to the wrist — a style often seen in luxury watch bracelets. To echo Hermès’s leather heritage, the surface of the mesh is engraved with a crocodile-skin motif, creating a seamless dialogue between haute joaillerie and artisanal leathercraft.
