Cartier has been providing timepieces to the Chinese Imperial Court since 1888, making them highly skilled in incorporating Chinese elements into their designs. The Pasha de Cartier showcases typical Cartier design elements, including the screw-down diamond-set crown and studded lugs. The entire movement bridge is intricately skeletonized into the shape of a dragon, highlighted by a green tsavorite garnet as a finishing touch.
The watch is powered by Cartier’s in-house 9617MC movement, featuring a double barrel with a 3-day power reserve.
Three versions are available, depending on the strap: crocodile leather, an 18K white gold bracelet set with round diamonds, and a version featuring a bracelet set with emerald-cut diamonds.
