It showcases a sleek black-and-white palette and an architectural geometric structure inspired by the Art Deco aesthetic of the 1920s.
The circle is the defining motif of the Galenterie de Cartier collection — interlacing and layered circular forms create a composition of perfect symmetry. The transition between the band and the face of the ring 
is executed with remarkable finesse: the curved lines of the shank flow naturally into the arched motifs of the setting, securely holding the central 1.5-carat brilliant-cut diamond, whose round silhouette echoes the overall geometry of the design.
A black lacquer background enhances the luminous fire of the diamond, while the openwork structure on the reverse side of the ring adds depth and refinement, allowing light to filter through and revealing the piece’s timeless elegance from every angle.
