Introduced in BVLGARI’s 2020 “Barocko” High Jewelry Collection, the Precious Feathers necklace draws inspiration from the ornate grandeur of 17th-century Baroque art. The designer reinterprets the classic feather motif—a symbol of elegance and lightness—through intricate craftsmanship and a spectacular combination of pear-shaped emeralds and dazzling diamonds, resulting in a look that is both regal and refined. The feather, a quintessential Baroque decorative element often seen in women’s adornments, is beautifully reimagined in the necklace’s collar design. Each diamond-set feather quill is individually crafted, with its size, proportion, and angle meticulously adjusted to evoke the softness and natural flow of real plumage. At the heart of the piece lies the largest feather, which serves as the pendant centerpiece, set with a 10.27-carat pear-shaped Colombian emerald of vivid, deep green clarity.
