The holographic ceramic used in the Boucheron Chromatique flower jewelry set was developed in collaboration with Saint-Gobain, France’s largest advanced materials research institution. Utilizing aerospace coating techniques, ultra-thin layers of titanium and silver are applied over ceramic surfaces. This creates a shimmering, transparent sheen resembling the multicolored radiance of a rainbow.
