This exceptional brooch achieves remarkable lightness through an innovative combination of European cattle horn and titanium craftsmanship. The piece is so delicately balanced it appears to float when displayed, demonstrating extraordinary vitality and dynamic light reflection.

The creation process began with 3D wax sculpting to form the butterfly’s expansive structure. A titanium framework was then cast, incorporating precisely cut European cattle horn as the body foundation. The centerpiece is an 8.31-carat marquise-cut flawless diamond that creates the illusion of light emanating from within the butterfly’s core.

The intricately openworked wings feature three-dimensional settings of rose-cut diamonds. Two hexagonal sugar-loaf cut Colombian emeralds – weighing 29.18 carats and 27.52 carats respectively – form symmetrical focal points at the wingtips, perfectly matched in both cut and color to emphasize the piece’s tribute to enduring love.
Notably commissioned by a couple celebrating their 20th anniversary, this masterpiece required five years from conception to completion, involving over 15,000 hours of meticulous craftsmanship.
