This RICHARD MILLE RM 65-01 Split Seconds Chronograph marks the first time a case is crafted from a new light blue Quartz TPT® composite, presenting a refreshing color scheme perfect for summer wear.

The new tonneau-shaped case is made from newly developed light blue Quartz TPT® quartz fibre. This composite material is built from multiple layers of silica fibres, each impregnated with special resins, and undergoes a high-temperature and high-pressure process to achieve its elegant blue hue. The crown and chronograph pushers are made from titanium, while the rapid-winding case button at 8 o’clock is crafted from orange Quartz TPT® quartz fibre. Pressing this button 125 times fully winds the mainspring.

The dial layout uses different colors to distinguish its functional modules. It includes a 30-minute counter at 3 o’clock, a 12-hour counter at 9 o’clock, and a small seconds dial at 6 o’clock, with the central hands comprising the hour, minute, and two split-seconds chronograph hands. There is a vertical digital date window at 11 o’clock and a crown function indicator at 5 o’clock displaying “W” for Winding, “D” for Date setting, and “H” for Time setting.

It is powered by the RMAC4 automatic winding movement, offering a 60-hour power reserve.
