The Richard Mille RM 33-02 represents the third generation of this ultra-thin series. One of its key upgrades is the innovative use of carbon fiber material combined with stainless steel, reducing weight while improving durability and giving the watch a strong stylish aura. This model is the first Richard Mille round automatic watch to incorporate carbon fiber in its case.
Case Design & Comfort
The 41.7mm case has been redesigned, reduced by 4mm for better fit on most wrists. With a thickness of only 8.8mm, the RM 33-02 offers a sleek, compact construction for superior comfort. Its sandwich case structure is secured by 14 titanium spline screws and provides 30 meters of water resistance. The central case is crafted from satin-polished rose gold and stainless steel, complementing the textured carbon fiber bezel and lugs.
Dial & Skeletonized Design
The dial is made of highly skeletonized black layered titanium, mounted directly on the movement baseplate. Dual-circle track highlights are in rose gold, while Arabic numeral hour markers are only 0.75mm thick. Triangular hands, indices, and minute markers are coated with white luminous material for clear visibility under all lighting conditions.
Movement & Technical Specs
The watch is powered by the Caliber RMXP 1 ultra-thin automatic movement, operating at 21,600 vph with a 45-hour power reserve. The movement is just 2.6mm thick and includes a mini platinum oscillating weight. Hollow titanium bridges are sandblasted, brushed, and satin-polished, giving the movement a sophisticated texture contrast.
