This one-of-a-kind necklace from Bulgari’s 2014 MVSA collection draws inspiration from the nine Muses of ancient Greek mythology, the divine
embodiments of art, poetry, and music.
In this creation, the designer combines rubies, amethysts, emeralds, and Madagascan garnets in bold complementary hues to create an intense and captivating contrast of colors.
The lower part of the necklace is adorned with large teardrop-shaped cabochon gemstones, whose smooth surfaces enhance their gentle, luminous beauty. Smaller gemstone beads serve as delicate accents, each topped with a diamond, while the beads are linked together by diamond-set wing motifs, adding fluidity and brilliance to the overall design.
