First launched in 2015, this watch combines HYT’s signature fluid time display movement with a bold skull motif, creating a unique timepiece that stands out in both form and function.

Skull-Shaped Fluid Hour Display

HYT reshaped the classic round H1 glass tube into the outline of a skull, creating a visually dramatic silhouette. The extremely thin diameter of the tube requires exceptional precision, making the hydraulic movement technically challenging. Unlike traditional watches, there are no independent minute markers; time is read through the hour markers, emphasizing the skull design itself.

Movement & Power Reserve

The HYT in-house manual-winding movement powers the fluid hour display and offers an impressive 65-hour power reserve. Both hydraulic chambers are visible from the front, but the movement itself is visually minimized to keep the dial as the primary visual focus. The sapphire crystal case back allows collectors to admire the intricate mechanics.

Legibility & Dial Design

To improve readability, Arabic hour markers extend beneath the skull-shaped glass tube. From the front, both fluid chambers are visible, but the rest of the movement is minimized to emphasize the dramatic skull motif. The watch successfully blends technical complexity with a bold aesthetic.

Case Material & Limited Editions

The watch is offered in two limited editions: the rose gold Skull Red Eye with red fluid markers, limited to 25 pieces; and the black titanium Skull Green Eye with green fluid, limited to 50 pieces. The DLC titanium case measures 51mm in diameter and 17.9mm thick, featuring a rubberized screw-lock crown and alligator leather strap.
