Part of Damiani’s Tribute collection, the Charleston diamond necklace draws inspiration from the lightness and elegance of feathers, crafted in a flowing
open design that gracefully encircles the neck. The piece evokes the refined aesthetic of Art Nouveau jewelry from the late 19th century.
Art Nouveau is defined by its organic, fluid lines, and this creation captures that essence through its asymmetrical composition, resembling a single delicate feather. The slender “barbs” are layered with gentle curves that mirror the soft, natural texture of plumage.
Set with nearly 1,000 diamonds, the necklace demands exceptional precision in its fine mounting. To enhance the illusion of a feather’s natural drape, the designer added 13 pear-shaped diamonds along the lower edge, lending the piece a sense of movement and luminosity.
