The Black Bay 54 takes its design inspiration from Tudor’s first dive watch in 1954—the Oyster Prince Submariner ref. 7922. Notably, the case is the smallest in the Black Bay series to date, measuring 37mm, giving it a vintage yet refined aesthetic.
The stainless steel case is satin-polished and measures only 37mm in diameter with a reduced thickness of 11.24mm, making it the lightest and most comfortable Black Bay watch so far, while maintaining a reliable 200-meter water resistance. The bezel has been redesigned with slightly adjusted numerals for improved legibility; the first 15-minute markings are simplified, and the crown size is reduced to match the new case dimensions.
The black dial continues the classic three-hand layout, with hands, hour markers, minute tracks, and inscriptions highlighted in striking gold accents.
