Piaget presents this Polo Flying Tourbillon Moonphase — the first time in the Polo series that a flying tourbillon and a precision moon-phase indicator are integrated into an ultra-thin movement. The cushion-shaped skeleton dial maximises visibility of the movement’s refined finishing, making the intricate details truly memorable.

The 44 mm titanium case, continuing the Polo series’ “style within a form” design, is just 9.8 mm thick, offering a light and comfortable wear. The case is treated with alternating horizontal satin-brushed and mirror-polished surfaces, producing a striking play of light and shadow. The case flank features blue PVD-coated gadroon-style decorations; a hidden pusher at 9 o’clock adjusts the moon-phase display. The watch is water-resistant to 100 metres.

The classic blue dial, with gadroon decoration, adopts a figure-eight symmetric layout: the flying tourbillon frame in a signature “P” shape is located at 12 o’clock and serves as the seconds indicator with a one-minute rotation; at 6 o’clock sits the moon-phase display, which requires correction only once every 122 years. The hour and minute hands and indices are coated with Super-LumiNova for legibility in the dark. The central cushion shape echoes the case contour, and the open-worked dial reveals the movement’s fine polishing and bevelled edges.

The watch houses Piaget’s in-house calibre 642P, an ultra-thin manual-winding movement just 4 mm thick, beating at 21,600 vph, offering a 40-hour power reserve. On the reverse, the floating tourbillon and the Piaget crest are visible.
Combined with a blue rubber strap, and features a blue alligator leather strap. main cost €113,000
