The PAM00615 is one of Panerai’s most significant professional diving watches of the year, featuring an in-house chronograph movement with a 12-hour totalizer and a black strap accented by a blue Panerai logo.The 47 mm case is crafted from titanium, with a black ceramic bezel. The blue luminous marker at 12 o’clock on the bezel and the blue Super-LumiNova coating on the minute hand ensure excellent underwater legibility, allowing divers to clearly and quickly read elapsed dive time even in low-light conditions.
Panerai’s chronograph design employs coaxial central hands for the chronograph seconds and minutes — the blue central hand indicates the chronograph seconds, while the rhodium-plated silver hand tracks chronograph minutes. A 12-hour totalizer is positioned at 3 o’clock.
The chronograph start/stop pusher is located at 10 o’clock, while the flyback function pusher is at 8 o’clock. Unlike traditional chronographs that must be stopped, reset, and then restarted, the flyback mechanism allows the chronograph to be reset and restarted instantly with a single press — a highly practical feature for underwater timing.Powering the watch is the in-house Caliber P.9100, developed and manufactured at Panerai’s Neuchâtel manufacture. This automatic movement features two barrels providing a 72-hour (3-day) power reserve. The watch is water-resistant to 300 meters, and comes fitted with a black layered rubber strap designed for both durability and breathability — ideal for summer and aquatic use.
