The Aqua Terra 15000 Gauss is Omega’s first watch equipped with the 8508 Co-Axial movement. The movement is made from anti-magnetic alloys, allowing it to resist magnetic fields exceeding 15,000 gauss, while still achieving chronometer-level precision certified by the Swiss Official Chronometer Testing Institute (COSC).

The watch features a 41.5mm stainless steel case and a black lacquered dial with excellent legibility. The seconds hand is black and yellow, extending almost to the edge of the dial, giving a distinct sense of urgency when it moves.

Unlike traditional anti-magnetic watches, the Aqua Terra 15000 Gauss does not require an inner anti-magnetic case between the movement and the case, allowing for a rare sapphire crystal exhibition caseback to observe the movement in action.

As usual, it incorporates Omega’s patented Co-Axial escapement and a Si14 silicon balance spring, with each component engineered for maximum stability. Combined with a 150-meter water resistance (15 bar), this watch is among the most reliable mechanical timepieces on the market.
