IWC Pilot’s Watch Timezoner Chronograph – Advanced World-Time Pilot Watch

World Time Function – Rotating Bezel Innovation

The Timezoner incorporates a patented system originally developed by Vogard (acquired by IWC in 2014). A secondary time zone hand points to a 24-hour scale on the inner dial, while the 12 o’clock triangular marker shows cities on the bezel. Users can switch between time zones effortlessly by rotating the bezel—a simple yet highly effective world-time mechanism for pilots and travelers.

Chronograph Complication & Caliber 89760 Movement

Powered by IWC’s in-house Caliber 89760, the watch oscillates at 28,800 vph and offers a robust 68-hour power reserve. The integrated chronograph function allows accurate measurement of elapsed time, while the self-winding mechanism ensures reliable daily operation.

Stainless Steel Case & Pilot Watch Design

The 45 mm stainless steel case, 16.5 mm thick, reflects IWC’s pilot watch heritage, offering excellent readability and durability. The screw-in crown guarantees water resistance up to 60 meters. The case back is adorned with a relief of the 1930s Junkers Ju 52 airplane, paying homage to classic aviation history.

Strap & Wearability

The watch is fitted with a calfskin strap and stainless steel clasp, ensuring comfort and secure wear even during long flights or active use. Sapphire crystal front and back allow a clear view of the intricate movement and chronograph mechanics.

Price & Collectibility

The IWC Pilot’s Watch Timezoner Chronograph has a retail price of approximately €27,825. Its combination of world-time functionality, chronograph precision, and aviation-inspired design makes it a desirable piece for collectors and watch enthusiasts alike.
