The 43mm titanium case features the signature Arceau stirrup-shaped lugs, rounded yet robust. The grey dial displays circular guilloché, with the hour and minute track finished in radial brushing and rhodium plating. Blue steel hands point to Hermès’ classic “running” numeral font. At 6 o’clock, a power reserve indicator is subtly positioned. The minute repeater hammers are visible on the dial and are shaped like two horse heads, paying tribute to Hermès’ equestrian heritage.
At the center of the dial sits the central three-axis 3D tourbillon, a first for Hermès. The tourbillon assembly weighs just 0.449 g and rotates on three axes: the innermost axis completes a rotation every 25 seconds, the middle axis every 60 seconds, and the outermost axis every 5 minutes. This multi-axis design counteracts gravity’s effect on the escapement while providing captivating mechanical motion. The interwoven “Double H” motif on the titanium tourbillon bridge is inspired by the wrought-iron decoration of the Hermès boutique on Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré in Paris.
The watch is powered by the new H1926 manual-winding movement, beating at 36,000 vph with a 48-hour power reserve. The movement features a sapphire mainplate, with skeletonized gears inspired by Émile Hermès’ painting of the “Duc Attelé” carriage wheel, and the repeater rack and components are designed in a horse-head motif.
The watch comes with a black alligator leather strap and is limited to 24 pieces.
