At this year’s Baselworld, Harry Winston unveiled a limited-edition women’s watch that cleverly combines jewelry craftsmanship, watchmaking, and hand-feather inlay art, resulting in three magical timepieces.
Each watch features feather inlay by master Nelly Saunier, using feathers from peacocks and pheasants specially bred for this purpose. Only feathers that are light, soft, vivid, and richly colored were selected to create the delicate, layered, and lifelike effect.
The 38mm 18K white gold case is adorned with 66 round brilliant-cut diamonds on the bezel. The dial features a curved arch inspired by Neoclassical architectural arches, while the case is just 7.2mm thick. Paired with a silk strap, it sits comfortably on a woman’s wrist.
