Glashütte Original PanoLunar Tourbillon
This year’s PanoLunar Tourbillon once again highlights Glashütte Original’s exceptional artistry in dial design.
The tourbillon positioned at 7 o’clock is perfectly aligned on the same vertical axis as the main hour and minute subdials, enhancing the visual balance of the overall layout. The panorama date display at the lower right is elegantly divided along a gentle arc, blending harmoniously into the dial’s design. At the upper right, the moon phase display features a three-dimensional silver moon and stars set against a deep blue night sky. Each functional element is laid out with remarkable clarity and precision. The only minor compromise is that the tourbillon’s placement occupies the area from 5 to 7 o’clock, where hour markers are absent.
Inside, the watch houses the in-house Calibre 93-01 self-winding movement, offering a power reserve of approximately 48 hours. The improved rotor system utilizes eight adjustment screws for enhanced precision. The tourbillon cage features a blued steel small seconds hand — a particularly refined and distinctive detail.
Through the sapphire crystal caseback, the beautifully decorated movement can be admired in full, displaying Glashütte Original’s signature finishing. The watch is available with a matte black or brown alligator leather strap, secured by a red gold folding clasp.
