De Beers Stability colored diamond rough stone jewelry set

This “African Buffalo”–themed jewelry set is part of De Beers’ 2024 Forces of Nature High Jewelry collection. Its most distinctive feature is the use of hexagonal brown rough diamonds shaped like pyramids — their raw, earthy luster pays tribute to the buffalo’s steadfast and grounded nature, while forming a striking contrast to the dazzling brilliance of faceted diamonds.

The set comprises four pieces, the most ingenious of which is the transformable Stability Crown Ring. The “main ring” depicts the buffalo’s head, topped with a 2.01-carat radiant-cut orange-brown diamond and accented by four rough brown diamonds forming the face. The “decorative ring,” pavé-set with brown diamonds, evokes the powerful horns. The two rings can be worn separately or combined, offering versatile styling possibilities. Another abstract-style ring features a linear, geometric band set with round brilliant-cut diamonds at both ends and a hexagonal brown rough diamond at the center, reminiscent of the buffalo’s pointed horns. The cufflinks vividly portray the head of the buffalo, with unpolished fancy rough diamonds exuding a primal and natural spirit. The lapel pin is completed with a bullet-shaped cap and pavé-set with round brilliant-cut colorless and brown diamonds.
