Chopard rarely makes watches with such extreme sports styling, even though the previous Mille Miglia models often carried a vintage vibe. This time, to celebrate the 25th anniversary of sponsoring the Mille Miglia vintage car race, a special limited edition in collaboration with Milan-based coachbuilder Zagato was released as a unique attempt.

The design style heavily incorporates elements from Zagato sports cars and the Mille Miglia race, such as a high-tech DLC scratch-resistant case, Z-shaped dial decoration, the “100 Miglia” logo on the back, and striking red leather stitching.

The dial layout is similar to previous Mille Miglia models, maintaining its high recognition factor. Notably, a second time zone indicator has been added for increased practicality.

While the movement is not manufactured in-house by Chopard, it is a COSC-certified ETA movement with a 46-hour power reserve.

There are two versions available: one with a DLC-coated stainless steel bezel (priced at $8,100) and another with an 18K rose gold bezel (priced at $9,900), each limited to 500 pieces.
