Blancpain Chronograph Large Date
Since launching the world’s first self-winding ladies’ watch in 1926, Blancpain has continuously pursued the perfect balance between horological sophistication and feminine elegance. The new Chronograph Large Date, unveiled at Baselworld this year, is the latest expression of this philosophy.
This 38 mm chronograph embodies three of the most luxurious and romantic elements — red gold, mother-of-pearl, and diamonds. Thirty-four brilliant-cut diamonds are gracefully set in a flowing, symmetrical line, separating the central hour dial from the two chronograph subdials. At 6 o’clock, the large date display features two perfectly balanced semicircular windows, with carefully chosen numerals that harmonize beautifully with the dial’s aesthetic. The rounded bezel is adorned with 40 additional brilliant-cut diamonds, exuding a captivating brilliance.
Powering the watch is Blancpain’s in-house Calibre 26F8G self-winding movement, offering a 40-hour power reserve. Through the sapphire crystal case back, one can admire the delicate petal-shaped oscillating weight and the refined finishing of the movement.
