Among the many timepieces unveiled at SIHH, Audemars Piguet’s high jewelry women’s watches are always among the most anticipated. This year’s Savoir-Faire 28.5mm once again features the Calibre 3091 manual-winding movement, but introduces a bold new design language — for the first time, the decorative motif extends from the strap onto the dial, seamlessly integrating jewelry artistry with watchmaking.
The design takes inspiration from Greek geometric patterns, with two interlacing diamond-set ribbons forming a visual dance of symmetry and asymmetry. Through these overlapping lines, Audemars Piguet beautifully merges freedom of form with Art Deco sophistication.
The white gold dial, sprinkled with diamonds symbolizing stars in the night sky, exudes quiet brilliance. Around the case, diamond-set pendants crafted with baguette-cut stones are connected through a complex flexible structure — as the wrist moves, the pendants shimmer gracefully, catching the light with every gesture.
Despite being a jewelry masterpiece, the Savoir-Faire still houses the Calibre 3091 movement, visible through the sapphire crystal caseback — a rare detail in haute joaillerie watches, demonstrating AP’s devotion to fine watchmaking.
With a petite 28.5mm case, intricate ornamentation, and dazzling sparkle, this timepiece commands presence. Audemars Piguet describes it as a creation for the “modern independent woman.” No matter who wears it, it is undoubtedly a piece of breathtaking art.
