The A. Lange & Söhne 1815 Rattrapante Honeygold “Homage to F. A. Lange” is a rattrapante chronograph created to celebrate the brand’s 175th anniversary. This edition combines the exclusive Honey Gold case with a black dial and a new in-house movement, reflecting calm elegance and technical mastery.
Named after founder Ferdinand Adolph Lange‘s birth year, the 1815 series showcases refined complications and exceptional movement finishing. The black dial features a symmetrical layout with the 12 o’clock minute counter and 6 o’clock small seconds. Rose gold, rhodium-plated hands ensure excellent readability.

Chronograph operation is user-friendly: press the 2 o’clock button to start both hands; the 10 o’clock button pauses the rattrapante for split times; press again to merge hands; the 4 o’clock button resets.

The new Caliber L101.2 manual-winding movement has 365 parts, measures 7.4 mm thick, operates at 21,600 vph, and offers a 58-hour power reserve. It is beautifully finished with graining, straight-line finishing, bevel polishing, and hand engravings.
Paired with a dark brown leather strap, this Lange boutique special edition is limited to 100 pieces.
