This strikingly vibrant set of colored jewelry by Prada comes from the “Couleur Vivante” High Jewelry Collection, launched in 2025. The series focuses on the pure and powerful emotional resonance of gemstone colors. The designers carefully combined gemstones of different hues with a variety of cuts, creating a dynamic interplay between color and geometry.
Jointly designed by Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons, co-creative directors of the brand, the “Couleur Vivante” collection centers on triangular-cut colored gemstones—a tribute to the iconic triangular logo first conceived by Mario Prada in 1913. The gemstones include amethyst, aquamarine, Madeira citrine, pink morganite, and golden-green peridot, forming a vivid and uplifting color palette.

The designers applied refined color aesthetics to gemstone pairing — using complementary color schemes to highlight harmony and depth, such as the refreshing blue-green tones of aquamarine and peridot, or the soft peach-pink blend of citrine and morganite. Meanwhile, contrasting color combinations bring a lively visual tension: amethyst with peridot, and aquamarine with morganite, each expressing a striking vibrancy.

In the new collection, each ring centers on a triangular-cut colored gemstone, set upon an eternity band adorned with step-cut stones. The earrings play with symmetry — the left and right gems feature opposite cuts, creating a playful, modern balance. The necklace showcases a chain of square-cut gemstones linked together, with five interlaced triangular stones seamlessly embedded along the neckline — a design that exudes both opulence and grace.
