Released in 1931, City Lights tells the poignant love story between a tramp and a blind flower girl. Chopard reinterprets the film’s iconic symbol—a single rose—embodying the purity, kindness, and selflessness of love.

The rose is crafted in white gold, with each petal individually sculpted to capture a natural, unfolding gesture. The petals are lavishly set with over 40 carats of round-cut colorless diamonds, shimmering brilliantly against the white gold base. The stem, fashioned from black-electroplated titanium, is adorned with leaves paved with black diamond melee, creating a dramatic visual interplay.

To enhance its lifelike elegance, the petals are attached to the stem via hinged structures, allowing them to sway gently with the wearer’s movements—a delicate and enchanting detail that elevates the brooch’s grace and sophistication.
