Sapphire Case Construction
The signature octagonal case measures 44 mm and is crafted with a sandblasted rose gold frame combined with a transparent sapphire mid-case. This multi-material construction creates the effect of a modern glass-walled structure, allowing a full panoramic view of the movement. The lightly tinted BVLGARI logo printed at 12 o’clock remains unobtrusive, maintaining total visual focus on the mechanical architecture inside.
Skeleton Movement & Visual Depth
The skeletonized structure appears suspended within the case, producing a floating visual effect. Eleven bridges radiate outward from the center, each tipped with a piece of rose gold that serves as the hour markers. The contrasting blue elements add depth and tension against the warm gold tones. Time is displayed via two central arrow-shaped hands, and a rotating flying tourbillon animates the 6 o’clock position, strengthening the sense of three-dimensional movement.

A round aperture at 3 o’clock indicates the crown’s operating mode, switched using the black pusher above the crown—red for time setting and black for winding.
The model houses the manual-winding BVL 206 movement, offering a 64-hour power reserve. A power-reserve indicator is positioned on the back, and the blue base plate features sandblasting to visually echo the case aesthetics.
