Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso One High Jewelry Watch Review

The Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso One High Jewelry is the slimmest and most dazzling ladies’ watch unveiled at SIHH 2016. Inspired by the original Reverso from the 1930s, it retains the iconic square case and reversible design, while being fully set with over 250 diamonds totaling 5.65 carats, creating a stunning feminine elegance.
Its white gold case measures 36.3 × 18 mm, polished and satin-finished, fully diamond-set. The traditional fluted decoration on the Reverso lugs is replaced with three rows of baguette-cut diamonds, preserving the signature slight incline. Case thickness is 10.2 mm.

The reversible dial features two gemstone faces: the front is white mother-of-pearl with Arabic numerals in a rounded Art Deco font, while the back is black aventurine with a radial starlight pattern, where each diamond star marks an hour.
Powered by Jaeger-LeCoultre’s Caliber 844 manual-winding movement with 100 components, 21,600 vph, and a 38-hour power reserve, the Reverso One High Jewelry combines technical precision with jewelry excellence—a rarity in small ladies’ watches.
